 The action for Diversity: Move your hands backwards and                                                                                    forwards from your body with your first fingers out in a point.

 The action for Equity: Place your flat hands together, palms                                                                                facing down, and move them away from each other (like                                                                                      drawing a flat line).

 The action for Inclusion: Place one hand into the other.
